Well, we checked out ‘THE WIZARD OF OZ’ this week and I have to admit that I was very impressed!
The actors were all very good and the set design was way cool. Before the play though we stopped at RED to grab a bite to eat and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I think it is true that you just never know what you are going to get when you go there to eat.
There have been times when the food is delicious and then there are times when it is certainly not. I hate for this to be the case because I WANT to support the community, but damn, I want good food for the price too. The service was not all that great either, I mean the salad was the LAST item to arrive and by then we were all but ready to leave.
By the way, the salad is big enough to feed an ARMY so if you don’t eat that much you might want to share this thing…with the WHOLE restaurant!! lol On the bright side the wine was good and they use fine wine glasses.
Ann and Bev have been having ‘game nights’/movie nights/ L-WORD nights at their house on weekends. However, their news letter doesn’t come out till later than this one, so you may want to check out the purple house on myspace for more info.
AND NOW….A WORD ABOUT THE L-WORD….
Yea! It’s back!! And what a way to start it all off, YES..someone has finally OFFED Jenny!!
(I had to check to make sure of my OWN alibi!!) I have wanted to ‘off her’ (and NOT in a good way, mind you!!) since I first laid eyes on that girl! The suspects are plentiful, WHO could it have been?
I think this may take a wee bit longer than this last season to solve this one. And what a sweet surprise to see Lucy Lawless as the cop! I guess it COULD get pretty interesting if she starts cuffing any of them. (cuz we all know what those sluts will do once they get a cuff on them, right?)
Now, Bette and Tina together again?…aww…Bette is a professor and yet….she can’t read a digital thermometer??
Is it just me or do they all look like they have had some work done in their down time? I won’t begin to try to catch you up to date, IN JUST THIS ONE COLUMN, just trust with me in knowing that it is going to be a good season, ESPECIALLY since it is their last one.

In every difficult situation is potential value. Believe this, then begin looking for it.
Have I mentioned James Morrison yet? He has some great songs. Check out, "Nothing Ever Hurts Like you" and "Broken Strings".
