It's been a long few weeks folks!  With lots of juicy gossip all around our drag community and tons of great upcoming shows and events, I figured it was time to spill all that "T." So, let's all get Untucked!

First thing first, WOW! There have been so many pageants in the past couple of months and many more to come. Last month we were lucky enough to see The Venus Delight, Ms. Venus Knight, claim yet another crown thus making her our new representative for Miss TN Gay America. See here at Nashville Untucked, we've dubbed this victorious vixen as "the crown snatcher." Stay tuned for a Q&A with this lady soon.

Also showing out was Miss Tyra Hunter, who placed as 1st alternate and will also represent our beautiful state at Miss Gay America 2013, being held right now in St. Louis. Nashville Untucked wishes you ladies the best of luck along with Nashville fave Suzy Wong, who will also be competing for the title of Miss Gay America 2013!

Nashville also recently crowned a new Music City All-American Goddess! After the year-long reign of the talented Nece Sexton, she passed the title on to the amazing Adriana Fuentes Sept. 30 at Play Dance Bar. I was there and was blessed enough to see this lady in action. She is for sure to give the competition a run for their money at Nationals.

Upcoming pageants include the TN Exquisite held at The Social in Murfreesboro on October 20. The Social, one of the metro area's newest bars to the scene, is making a splash with local drag entertainment.

In other news, it has officially been announced that RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Jade Jolie will be joining Nashville's own DeeRanged at Play Dance Bar's newest project Play Louisville. No official word yet who will be joining the playmates here in Nashville or if any new additions will be made but we can expect Play to continue to have an amazing lineup of special guests from "Ru's Girls" to pageant royalty including Jujubee who will perform at Play on October 17 after her performance at the Vanderbilt University Lambda Drag show where you can also see yours truly.

And how could I forget? It's almost Halloween. You can imagine it is one of the busiest times for Drag! It is the one time a year people feel they can be someone else and not feel judged for how they look, so of course drag queens multiply by the thousands. I for one can say that's where my drag persona started, as can a lot of queens I know. So pull out those high heels and prance darling but beware drag is like a drug, it gets very addictive. (Evil laugh)

In other news, I would like everyone to be sure and check out the Gay Faves nominations where you can nominate your favorite drag performers and all the local faves things your gay heart desires! Nominations are open now through Tuesday here and voting will begin on Friday, October 18.
