Nashville Pride Turnabout fundraiser deemed a success by organizers

According to the Nashville Pride board, more than $700 was raised during this year’s Turnabout held at Play Dance Bar. The money will help pay for this year’s PrideFest, which be held Saturday, June 2, at Nashville’s Centennial Park.

“I have been looking forward to this year’s Turnabout for a long time, because this year we expanded our performers from just Nashville Pride board members to also include other community organizations, and Nashville’s GLBT community obviously approved of these additions,” said Nashville Pride President, Todd Grantham, who was also one of the night’s performers. “Many people worked really hard to make this night a success and I want to say thank you to each of them, especially those who joined me on stage and performed.”
