Nashville in Harmony sings to benefit AIDS Walk

Nashville in Harmony will host a benefit concert on Saturday, Oct. 2, in collaboration with Nashville CARES and the Nashville AIDS Walk. Following a dessert reception at 7 p.m., Nashville in Harmony will perform “The Chorus Cares” at 8 p.m. at the Belmont UMC Community Center. Fifty percent of the proceeds will go to support Nashville CARES. Tickets and information are available at www.nashvilleinharmony.org.

“The Chorus Cares” is a registered event of the Daniel Pearl World Days of Music, an international network of concerts using the power of music to reaffirm the commitment to tolerance and humanity. Since 2002, this annual, month-long celebration and tribute to the life of Daniel Pearl has grown to more than 4900 performances in 102 countries.
