Nashville’s bars are pulling out all stops to help patrons find different ways to welcome in the New Year.
Blue Gene’s will open at 4 p.m. on New Year’s eve and New Year’s day. The bar will not charge a cover on New Year’s eve, and will offer dinner specials from 5 to 10 p.m. with "Big Gene".
Join your friends & enjoy the cast of Lucky’s La Cage with special guests at Lucky’s Garage on New Year’s Eve. The fun starts at 8 p.m. with shows at 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. and a Champagne toast at midnight! You have a choice at Lucky’s…smoke free in the show bar, smoking in the front.
Wigstock founder and legendary New York City Drag Queen Lady Bunny will be performing at Play Dance Bar on New Year’s Eve. Doors open at 7 p.m. on New Year’s Eve with Play Mate shows at 8 p.m., 10 p.m., and 1 a.m. Lady Bunny will perform after the 10 p.m. show and will ring in the New Year on the dance floor. DJ Lenny B will be spinning all night on the dance floor.
Purple Heys will offer free food, and a Midnight Champagne toast.
Red Restaurant is offering a dinner special for $45 that includes a four course meal and admission to Tribe to ring in the New Year. Reservations are strongly suggested by calling 615-329-2913.
Trax will be open its regular hours on New Year’s eve and New Year’s day.
Tribe will have D.J. Ron spinning and will offer a "big balloon drop" along with a Midnight Champagne toast.
